An old golf adage says that white goes with everything. Also, if you're a guy you can wear white shoes BEFORE Easter and AFTER Labor Day without anyone making snide comments.

Not sure what the rules are for female golfers.

Caution: Don't wear a white belt with your white shoes unless your chest size is at least 8 inches larger than your waist size. Golf fashionistas are concerned about portly men wearing white belts.

This doesn't count old shoes I wear on rainy days.

I'll only wear the white with shorts and will only wear the black or brown with pants.

I pretty much always wear a white belt though.

But sometimes I wear them to work just for dramatic effect too.

I like white with shorts in the summer, brown with slacks in the fall/winter. I also do teh white shoes white belt, dark pants thing from time to time.

That sounds like what I do, however I'm not down with sandals. We have too many red ants to wear them.....at least thats the excuse I'm using.

Agree with a previous post, white doesn't stay white very long.

Like black and yes I try to stick with a black belt.
The brown actually looked nice as well.
Really liked the Footjoy's, very comfortable for walking.

Only have 2pr. My old pr I had for 5 years and a new pr I bought this yr.
I was having trouble justifying another pair, but after reading this post I may reconsider.

I thought maybe there was something wrong with me for wanting more than 1 pair of golf shoes :).

it's a package deal, look the part.

Besides they all last longer if you rotate the usage. If you still have the shoes that you took the metal spikes out of it's time to get a new pair. Just sayin.

these are sweet, but I think only with long pants
