what do you mean set up?
Like at adress they look more like a iron?

You won't find much of a difference changing your woods except for a little extra forgiveness.

what i meant was more iron looking and with the toe sitting a little of the ground, like an iron would, and not like a wood

The Ping G15 hybrids are very iron like. Or maybe try a hybrid with a smaller head such as the Cobra Baffler, Titleist 909, Cleveland hibore etc.

Check out the Mizuno MP FLI HI. It's a half-hybrid half-long iron. I rather like my 3 from the fairway and tee.

The Adams Pro Black or Pro Gold have an iron like appearance at address. Here are pictures of my 3h and 4h. The 3h is a Adams Pro and the 4h is a Tight lies and more of a fairway like appearance.

I am not sure if this is what you are asking about. I have seen some hybrids clubs that are skinnier but have a larger face.

Well, therein lies the problem. The toe sits off the ground because you have a 2 plane swing. Hybirds, however, are not fitted, they all pretty much come in standard lie. Mizuno, however, makes a hybrid that can be bent to fit the player. Check it out.

The Mizuno hi fli's are okay, but I like the Bridgestone Air Muscles better. They come in a 2 & 3 iron design, but are hybrids. They aren't quite as forgiving as the regular hybrids, but more forgiving than irons.

Is there anything that compares to the Ping G15 that can be built? Something like a snake eyes or other component heads?

PING G15 was the answer for me. Very "ironish" in it's set up. Great club.

Good luck.
