Looking to find that ONE ball

You wont find better performance per dollar right now than the Taylormade TP Black's that are marked down to $30 per dozen right now. IMO, its not even close.

a lot of people on here use 1 type of ball because of distance or spin or whatever, i never used a certain ball, i thought it didnt matter what ball i used it was going to spin the same, go the same distance, i thought they all were the same.

Not to be rude, but I haven't seem that many 12 hc'ers who really knew how to spin the ball or could do it on command. I would suggest a good mid priced ball like Sixon AD 333, any of the Bridgestone e series, Titleist has good mid level balls as do Percept.

Most double digit hc'ers who have a clue on how to chip, usually chip dead handed and subsequently get roll out with their chips. Nothing wrong with that and IMO its best to learn that first, then learn how to put spin on the ball. Personally most of my chips have roll out cuz I can control that better than checking the ball. Of course, this is all just my opinion. If you are dead set on getting a spinny tour level ball that would work best for your swing then I'd suggest going to a Titleist ball fitting. As a side note, Bridgestone also does ball fitting but with them its all about distance off of the tee. Titleist does it just the opposite and starts at the green.

to be hoest...I love the Pro V1..but I buy them used off of EBAY..only get the AAAA or higher quality though...I buy the Top Flite D2's brand new though...and they are a really nice ball as well...that's the only 2 balls I use and love them both...but the Pro V1 is head and shoulders imho..

I have always liked the srixon z-urs. I don't know that you can buy them anymore though. I stocked up when they came out with the new z stars and was getting them for $25 a doz. Haven't played the new srixons yet.
