From what I've seen here there's at least one militant "pro shorts" poster and one or two militant "pro long pants" posters, with most of the rest of us in between those two extremes. If I'm on the course and I see you wearing longer or shorter pants than what I have on I have no problem...as long as you have something on.

I always wear long pants, no matter how hot it is out. Can't remember the last time I wore shorts.

I wore a pair of Nike Dri-Fit slacks out yesterday. 108, 56% relative humidity (monsoon season, ugh). Drank four bottles of water while I was out there (usually drink two), and lost five pounds (usually lose about two). Think I'll hit the range in shorts this afternoon.

Too soon to tell but I might have a new obsession.

What's strange for me is that I hate wearing pants and am always in shorts during regular day to day stuff. I'll only wear pants if it's just too cold to wear shorts. HOWEVER, on the golf course I ALWAYS wear pants even during the most brutally hot days. I think wearing shorts playing golf looks weird. I also feel like I stay cooler in drifit pants not to mention it keeps my legs from being sunburnt and dripping that nasty sweat/sunblock mix all over the place.

Only 56%? It is 88% humidity right now here in Florida.

The lowest is will get is about 70%. But I do have to say that it doesn't bother me much since I am used to it.
