A friend of mine was dying to get his hands on the new SUPERDEEP and refused to wait till he had enough cash saved and buy from a legit licensed retailer and just bought one online from some ridiculously discounted shop, i told him over and over to wait, but did he listen????? nope......

in the attached pictures you will a REAL TalylorMade SUPERTRI, a REAL TaylorMade SUPERDEEP, and you will also see what my buddy got in the mail today, witch is clearly a fake, also the torque wrench isent a torque wrench lol just a fancy handled hex bit screwdriver! lol i had to share this with you guys just in case u have been thinking about taking the discounted road!! other than the fact the its a total fake, its still a good looking club.....

( if you are having trouble seeing the problem)

* the white graphic on the REAL SUPERTRI is two pieces with a weight insert separating the two lines.
* the white graphic on the REAL SUPERDEEP is one solid U shapped line.
* the white graphic on the impostor has the name SUPERDEEP but the graphics of a SUPERTRI......

i mean this is a fake right guys!? ive never seen one like this........

Has to be one of the worst fakes I've seen. Usually they make the clubs look identical, just don't use the same materials, this place didn't even do that. Has he tried using it?

Yeah, that's bad.

I don't understand why some people think they can get nice, new golf clubs for half, or less than half the price.

Especially considering that it's now well known that there are plenty of "discount" places selling fake clubs.

Here you have a guy wanting to buy an R9 SuperDeep, which you can't find new for under $300 right now. This guy probably paid around $200 for the fake, thinking he was getting a steal. And he thought it would be a legit club?

haha the first swing he took with it we heard a loud thwack on the downswing, before he even made contact with the ball! inspected the shaft and found a hairline fracture!!!

    • Day 297 6-28 Got some swings in early this morning, busy day. Worked on low point control, skills work.
    • Day 2: played 18. Driving was decent to good. Approach play was meh. Short game meh, and putting solid. Added up to an 81. Needed more tap in pars and more birdie chances.
    • Day 8 (28 Jun 26) - Worked with face position at address and overall setup - open/neutral/closed - and setting up for resulting shot shapes - using 8i and hard foam balls.  It was abbreviated as the thunder began to rumble. Got in about 20 swings before calling it.
    • Tale of two swings.  Swing 1: Slightly outside takeaway (hands move outside of target line) only to allow trail elbow over collapsing at P4. Doesn't take much to overdo it for the trail elbow collapse to only further exaggerate. That's death. Swing 2: Hands stay slight in at takeaway for a much better trail elbow condition at P4. This is a hard sell from an instinct perspective. More focus on un-weighting and re-weighting of lead foot to unlock a bit more mobility of hips and torso. A major flaw that creeps up often is me swinging flat footed and becoming overly armsy-collapsy as a result. Got reminded of this the hard way during my 2nd round match for club net championship. Was cruising along 2up until I made the turn. Then lost the swing for next five holes. Andy was playing good enough to capitalize. By the time I regained my swing on 16th, it was too late. Even Andy was like "That was a gift". Obviously that stings because have played well enough lately. Should have closed him out of the game comfortably with a few holes to spare. Shoulda woulda coulda. Tough lesson. Damn. P.S. I know the swings look very similar but trust me there is a difference.
