Guess someone needs to move to warmer climes : )

I've played 54 holes over the last 3 days, with highs in the 65-68 range.  The weather is cooler the next 3 days, highs in the mid to upper 50's, but golf will return by Friday with highs in the upper 60's again : )  I will NOT play when temps get into the 50's, I'll wait a day or 2 til the temps get back up into the 60's.   I'm spoiled.

If the snow would ever melt (probably not until end of March) I would play in below 30 degrees.

I'm not sure where you located in MD but I'm probably going to get to tee it up this weekend. Annapolis area is almost snow free and a lot of course are going to get at least 9 open this weekend.

This is like a teaser to me as it says in the end of the article that the cold and snow could return in late February to anywhere north of I-70

Honestly, I haven't given it much thought...  Most likely the Vineyard or Legendary Run, both are close to me.

Only five more weeks, and one or two courses near me may open! It's a lot easier to get out of the bunker when the ball is sitting on snow.

I'm going to have to agree with you here. I'm itching to play so badly I'm considering picking up some neon yellow balls and heading out in the snow (below zero windchill in WI right now...)

Near Baltimore. We are almost snow free and the next few days inching toward the 50's should take care of the rest.

If you know of any courses open down there earlier let me know, I will be happy make the short commute. Just not too familiar with the decent tracks down there!

I'm going to call around tomorrow to see if anyone will manage to get all 18 holes open. I will let you know what courses are open.

Another Cincinnatian here,

I am planning on playing Friendly Meadows on Tuesday unless the weatherman is wrong once again.
