Erik - could well be, definitely looks similar. It's a class hole, looks tougher from the tee than the green, but although it's tough if you miss anywhere, you'll still have a shot. Haha cheers, will try to! One more course left, but it looks absolutely stunning so will get some more pics and videos then (Sunday/Monday). Otherwise, lots of driving and trying to avoid any mention of the PGA as it's on record for when I get back. Also got confirmation of when I join the new club (Aug 18th), so that's been a relief! It's another beautiful links course, so I'm looking forward to the challenge of sorting out my shot shaping in the wind. Worth a look - the par 3 collection is something else...
Looking at my swing I can definitely see that now, there's too much head movement away from the ball and I almost "slide" backwards.
There is clearly something very wrong with it though that's causing me to slice 80% of my shots, pull 10% and only hit 10% on target. I'm sure if I'm coming over the top or what.
My group plays music, and enjoys it. Usually a little country or old school rock. If someone is paired with us, we ask if they mind. If they do, they're welcome to find someone else to play with. Of course we tone it down if we run up on another group on a tee box, but that's the only possible time anyone else could possibly hear it.
Being able to do so is why we play at a private club, @Grndslmhttr3.
I see. I just read that you guys have a specific course handicap depending on your exact HI and the course rating. I did not realise this. We simply have a playing handicap which is nearest whole number from exact handicap and we use it at all courses.
