Thumbs-up for both tgw and globalgolf. Had an issue once with tgw where they didn't list an item as "out of stock", but I was able to get it sorted out by an online chat rep.

One way to tell is if you look at manufacturers' websites, virtually all of them list TGW as a certified online retailer. TGW is great. Globalgolf is awesome too. If you can ever catch an "Open Box Return" you can get an awesome deal on something that has never been used, often still with headcovers etc.

I saw the posts on Facebook and would like someone to acknowledge me.

I have called several times each time being told that my order would most likely ship that day.
Well 8 days later nothing, no shipment, on all of these "in stock" items.
The part that hurts is I ordered from TGW because you offered 24 hour shipment on in stock items.
My hope was to use these items as gifts but now I have had to scramble and purchase other gift items.
Disappointing since I had hoped to purchase my next set of irons from you as well but am now having 2nd thoughts.
the email system you have setup all sounds nice and dandy but the automated responses leave me hanging by telling me to turn to the FAQ section of the website...?

The ironic thing is that TGW has this posted as part of their company profile on Amazon -

The Golf Warehouse is also dedicated to providing the largest and broadest selection of golf products in the world. Unlike other "online" golf shops who leave you in the dark as to whether you have just purchased a product that is in stock or whether it has to be ordered.

I've always had good luck with tgw.com.  3balls.com is pretty fair too if you're looking for used clubs

Just placed an order with tgw this past weekend. I received 1 of 2 items yesterday and the other should be coming today. So far, so good.

      Day 3 - mirror swings/drills after my workout. Two seemingly good feels for me: feel like as the club reaches the top the weight of it/momentum of it pointing left initiates my "fall" into the lead side. Helps initiate the re-centering and some of the pressure shift. The second feel is like: as soon as the re-centering is over, begin to lighten the trail foot by feeling like my right knee in the beginning of the downswing essentially replaces where my left knee was at the top. This helps halt my sometimes ludicrous slide and greatly helps me get open.

      Day 48 (17 Jun 25) - Into the net work today with the 5i - focus remains on the setup and proper weight shift.  Was not a perfect session as several were very heavy along with a couple of thin boys.  Finished up the day with a few pitches with the 52 (last set of 5 hitting to about 40 yds had 4 of the 5 in a 5’ circle (now if I could just do that on the course) - the errant one was a total mishit).
