Heat wave to hit the Miami Valley.

Weather guessers saying 50 degrees for tomorrow and everyone has abandoned me. Anyone want to go?

Perhaps...

I've hung up the clubs for the year and we are supposed to have a get together for my father's birthday tomorrow. That and just got my back tattoo'd so I doubt it would feel too great to be out swinging clubs.

As I've gone through today, it hasn't really been a problem pain wise. Though I'd still worry about cracking/bleeding from stretching the skin while it's healing. As much as I paid for this thing, I don't want to ruin it before it's even done.

It wasn't a tramp stamp was it?

@CarlSpackler, I'm probably going to Kittyhawk around noon to 1 p.m. Should give it time to get decent out. Will check on here tomorrow morning to see if you decide to go.

Stupid weather chumps. Now they say 46 is as good as it gets. I am going anyway. I need the exercise. Probably won't bother keeping score.

What time? I might have to throw on the under armor and an ear warmer.

I dunno. It's less than an our away and barely above freezing. Might have to pass.

Yeah, not cheap but quite a bit less than what going rate per hour usually is. I'm only about 1/2 done, have to go back for color yet when it heals.

Looked dicey driving down, but got off and got 18 in with no problem. Well ... other than the usual golf problems.

Yeah. Mulling it over myself. Schedule wise Miami Shores is probably my best bet.

It doesn't appear the sun is going to come out. Looks old like Bengals Browns game for me.

Really? It was really nice in Troy. My 3W wasn't very nice, but a decent round for this time of year otherwise.

    • Attempting to lift. Any better?
    • Day 82: mirror work again tonight. Working on the same shoulder down and roll and twist stuff. Going on vacation tomorrow and putting the clubs down, so new streak starts in about 10 days!
    • Day 44, June 17.  Today was some preliminary stretching, exploring what I'll want to set up as a regular routine (both while on vacation without clubs and when I'm back) (aside: this is part of an upcoming goal to stretch daily in a meaningful way, but I don't plan to count it as practice on days that I can meaningfully practice with a club)
    • Having a rough week. Went to the Dr. because I was really weak and could hardly swing my driver.  I take Propranolol 20 mg tablets twice a day. Seems like the Propranolol was driving my pulse down (low 50's).  So we cut the dosage in half and I started taking my blood pressure. It was a little high but pulse came up.   Then yesterday I raised it to 15 mg tab by taking it 3 times a day. Blood pressure 127 / 77 Pulse 75.  Heading out tomorrow morning for 18 holes.    I have my driver set at 10.5* but seem to have my swing speed to low and I can't get the lift on the ball I need.  I have not played this week in hopes I will have the strength to raise my swing speed. I may have to raise my loft to 12* . (I will take my driver wrench) tomorrow. (This Parkinson's is a pain in the butt.)  Will give you a report when I get back.    Retired Old Man, Terry
    • You still got to lift your arms. You basically just roll your wrist over in the 1st half of the backswing.
