A Centered Pivot Golf Swing

Gah!

I was always pretty good at keeping my head still, no sway.

see here from last August.  

   

Then, all winter long I've been working to increase my shoulder turn.   I got really good at that, but in doing so, I stopped loading my back leg and, thus, was losing power.  

Now my focus has shifted to big turn and loading my back leg.   had it down well in lesson.   then went to the range and worked on in with no one watching.    went back to next lesson and guess what?   SWAY!   

damn game!  every time you fix something, something new pops up!   now working to delete whatever sway I've managed to teach myself.  getting closer, though..

Good video on the basics for what is happening with the lateral bends and forward bend on the backswing/downswing/followthrough. I like how they use the rib cage as a reference, think it's better than measuring the shoulders. One thing that stood out to me was that the golfer didn't regain his A1 forward bend until A 5.7-ish, I thought it might happen a bit sooner.
