It helped me a lot.  Not only do you get instruction and advice on your swing, but you understand what to look for in your swing when you film it.  It also has helped me correct issues during a round.

OK I thought of another dumb question.

I see Evolver and then 5SK for the 5 keys.

Are they the same or I mean in Evolver do you teach the 5 keys? Or are they not related at all?

Yes, they are related. The 5 Simple Keys, Evolvr, and LSW all originated with Dave and Erik in Erie.
