Pretty soon standards sets are going to have more "wedges" than irons.

I'm sorry, they can call it anything they want, but 42* and 36" is NOT a wedge of any kind!  That's my 9 iron, and my 695's are considered to have pretty strong lofts already!

In David's bag....

Irons: Titleist 695cb 5-Pw

Love those wedges.

If you have a bit more bounce on that 54, you can call it your SW.

mine - PW came with the set (46).  I have a 50, 54 (more bounce - SW), and a 60

My 58 is a wide sole tour, Ping has TS, SS and WS The 58 is a little bit much loft for a sand wedge for what I really like was the 56 but it does work great close to the pin or when I have a very steep wall in the pit.

The other two are SS and work great so far I have not found a set of wedges I like better. My son uses Vokey he does great with them.

Mike M.

Irons G30's 4-U.

Hybrid's Callaway X2Hot 3 and 4.

Vokey Wedges SM5 Tour Chrome, 54*, 58*.

Putter Greyhawk, G25 4 wood, G25 Driver.

I use the PW that came with the set because it has the same shaft, length, lie and grip etc as the 5-9 irons.

You already paid for it so why would you use something else?

I use my set PW which is 46.5 and 0 bounce. I also use the set SW which is 55 and 0 bounce.

In my  bag:

Driver, Callaway Diablo Edge Tour 9.5 stiff

3, 5 woods: Callaway Diablo Edge Tour 15,18 degrees Stiff

2 hybrid: Callaway Diable Edge Tour 18 degrees R (out when the 5 wood is in)

3,6 hybrids: Callaway Diablo Edge 21 S and 30 degrees R

4,5 hybrids: Callaway Razr X HL 24 and 27 degrees Stiff

7-AW irons: Callaway Razr HL graphite R shafts

SW 54 Callaway X Series Jaws CC Slate Fujikura Graphite Stiff

Putter: Odessey White Ice 1 Blade Putter.

Ball...looking for any ball that hates water, sand, long grass, and getting lost in the woods.

I can't find any, so forced to use ones that seem to love all the above.

You must hate bunkers.

Yours in earnest, Jason.
