Anyways ... Had a great time, and B team was victorious!! Everybody contributed, however, Brandon (bplewis24) came away with MVP honors after a solid 81! (Net 69 I believe??) Thanks to everyone who

We are 99.9% on it being the 23rd. And yes, its Orange County/Santa Ana (SNA) (even if its technically not in Santa Ana, but I digress)

Anybody familiar with it?  I read a few reviews and it seems like they stack the course so slow play is prevalent, but I just had a chat with the corporate controller and he said we can get a good package deal at that course.  So it's at least an option in the future.  He also said I can play there for free

I have never played there, but I know Beach has.  It was one of the ones I suggested at the beginning of this thread when we were still considering the Inland Empire.  Looks nice to me. :)

Got a chance to watch the 2006 US Open for the first time last night.  In honor of that memorable event, I've decided to no longer try and drive the green on the 1st hole.  Instead, I'm going to play that hole the same way Phil played #18 at Winged Foot.  Seemed to work out well.

LOL ... I sent PMs to them as well (along with Matt) last week (haven't heard anything yet).  I think there was one other person (Jeff perhaps?) that was possibly a +1.  I also invited 2 other guys and got the obligatory "optomistic no" from both.  The "I don't think I'll be able to make this one but if something changes, I'll definitely let you know, and keep me in mind for future outings" answer. ;)

Weren't you there in the Masters chat when somebody made the comment about liking the "GD" abbreviation, then I suggested you could also call me Drew, and everybody was like "Okay, whatever, GD."  :)

I also answer to Andy and Andrew, and for that matter, "hey, a**hole" works too. ;)

      Day 24 (4 Dec 25) - Spent about an hour working with the new 55° wedge in the backyard.  Kept all shots to under 20yds.  Big focus - not decelerating thru downswing and keeping speed up with abbreviated backswing.  Nothing like hitting a low flighted chip with plenty of check spin and then purpose to float a pitch of similar distance.

      Day 114 12-4 Put some work in on backswing, moving the hips correctly, then feeling over to lead side. Didn't hit any balls was just focused on keeping flowy and moving better. I'll probably do another session tonight and add in some foam balls.

      Didn't say anything about your understanding in my post.  Well, if you are not insisting on alignment with logic of the WHS, then no.  Try me/us. What do you want from us then?? You are not making sense. You come here and post in an open forum, question a system that is constructed with logic, without using any of your own and then give us a small window of your personal experience to support your narrative which at first sight does not makes sense.  I mean, if you are a point of swearing then I would suggest you cut your losses and humor a more gullible audience elsewhere. Good heavens.
