Good for Angel. One of my favourite golfers on tour; his story is amazing.

A mate of mine was speaking to Nathan Green who said that Cabrera was by far the best ball striker he played with on the PGA Tour.

In the race of life, always back self-interest. At least you know it's trying.

Heartbreaking for George McNeill, I'll be rooting for him in the future

I missed the part of the broadcast when they told that his sister was in bad shape but I could tell from the post round interview that something was very serious. I didn't know until just now that she had passed away. I'll be rooting for him too.

Absolutely love Cabrera.  On another note, did anyone else catch the hilarious comment that Faldo made yesterday about Colin Montgomerie?  Towards the end of the day, Bubba Watson was acting ridiculous about someone with a cell phone when he was walking around the green, and the announcers were insinuating that Bubba is way too sensitive to things in the gallery.

Faldo said, "I swear Bubba has 20/20 hearing. I don't know how he even hears the click of a cellphone camera."  Feherty then says, "I think he has the most sensitive hearing out there, except of course for Colin Montgomerie."  Faldo comes back with, "Oh, David, Colin could hear a sheep changing his mind on top of the hill."  I thought it was a hilarious freaking comment. Guys are entertaining. Faldo has a dry sense of humor, but comes up with some good ones from time to time.

Bubba has got to cool it with that stuff...some times I get the feeling in his mind he thinks of himself as a Happy Gilmore type guy on tour but when he freaks out over phones and fan movements on the course, that couldn't be further from the case.

And listening to Faldo always entertains me. Despite having one of the greatest golfing careers out there, he doesn't take himself too seriously.

I agree with both of your comments here.

They corrected themselves later, it was an 8 iron. If I dreamed of hitting an 8 iron like that I'd wake up and apologise.

The more I practise, the luckier I hope to get.

    • I got scammed one time on FBM so I don’t trust it.
    • Yeah I’ve tried it but I don’t feel very comfortable doing it like that. Isn’t there like a website where I can do it so it’s safer??
    • Day 200 3-4 Wider back swing, arms up a bit higher, and added in some flow work to start getting a since of a full swing. Still focusing on arching wrist through downswing.
    • It's going to be very difficult for the 2026 Masters to match the 2025 edition for storyline. I honestly don't know that anyone else in the field could match the story of Rory finally winning after so many years and the blow ups over the years, not to mention the career slam being completed. No one this year that I can think of is remotely close to that kind of story. Combine that with the attempts at blow ups last year (Double on the 1st, 13, 18 on first try) and the stunningly good shots that he hit in the final round (7, 15, 17, 18 on second try).  Full gamut: https://www.masters.com/en_US/watch/2025-04-13/17445961638226475/every_single_shot_from_rory_mcilroys_final_round.html
