They need to give out a trophy for that "Cumulative Majors Championship" that Rickie is currently winning in a landslide. Or at the very least, he's the no-brainer 4th invitee for the Grand Slam tournament in Hawaii when Rory wins a second major.

Jimmy Furyk would be second.

My picks this year have been: Masters- Rickie Fowler, -12 US Open- Fowler, E British- Fowler, -8 PGA- Fowler, -15 That's an aggregate of -35. Through the first three in real life, he was at -18. So if he shoots -17 at the PGA, then my predictions were right, because that's how that works.

In my bag:

Driver: Titleist TSi3 | 15º 3-Wood: Ping G410 | 17º 2-Hybrid: Ping G410 | 19º 3-Iron: TaylorMade GAPR Lo |4-PW Irons: Nike VR Pro Combo | 54º SW, 60º LW: Titleist Vokey SM8 | Putter: Odyssey Toulon Las Vegas H7

I have no sound ... are they meticulously analyzing Tigers swing by comparing the differences and ignoring two vastly different camera angles??

Yeah, I saw that.  Blech.

Blech?! Isn't Francesco better than Edoardo? Why has Edoardo played better in these last two majors. Odd.

LOL, and if you weren't an employee you'd argue that you should be retroactively awarded all of the contest prizes, right??  I know I would!

And why is Jim Furyk quote unquote "blasehaksagfjkgrwqeytrgwhjfgsjdagfasdhfgdshfsdjfg"?

To be honest with you, I've got more clubs in my basement than I know what to do with.

If that happens, cumulatively your scores would be the best. Therefore, you get all the prizes and everyone else gets none.

Great putt from Luiten. That would have been an amazing birdie. Impressive round from McIlroy again I see. Pfff, he's so good.

Edoardo has had a wrist injury which has troubled him for a couple of years. Injury free now.

He has always been the more talented of the two, he is just a lot more erratic, Francesco is steadier and struggles with the flat stick.

If Luiten wins it would be the greatest thing to happen to golf since Tiger Woods was winning majors and banging a steady stream of porn stars, strippers, and cocktail waitresses.

Double-cross! Tiger's club face must feel betrayed.

No reason ... just not a giant fan. ;)  I'll become one if he redeems himself at the Ryder Cup this year though.

BTW, if somebody hasn't already, they need to come up with a catchy new dance video, complete with lyrics by Brandel Chamblee (feat. Frank Nobilo and Lil John) called the "Push Hook."

I'm sure DJ Steve Porter is on it right now. He's a good friend of the site.

    • I have trouble with vertigo on occasion, but have gotten nutritional and biofeedback tips to keep it at bay. Dehydration can help trigger v-like symptoms so one recommendation, along with maintaining overall hydration, is to start with 8 oz. of water early in the morning. A meta-analysis on Golf As Physical Activity indicated that golf is rated as a moderately intensive physical activity. This scientific literature review came from the University of Edinburgh. The physical activity level ties into hydration. A former university colleague was a marathon runner who had published a couple of articles on endurance training. He likewise said that golf was a moderate physical activity especially when the round stretched past  the two-hour mark. For hydration he recommended switching from water to electrolyte drink on the back nine (past two hour point of exercise) to prevent cramping. At the two-hour point of moderate activity, water starts flushing electrolytes out of the body, which can lead to fatigue and cramping. (I have had trouble with leg cramps in the past during exertion.) During a round, I start out with water on the front nine and switch to sports drink on the back nine. If the day is unusually hot, I may drink 8 oz. of Pedialite concentrate before going to the course. Maintaining overall hydration plus on-course boosters keeps me going.
    • Personally I’d try booking direct first - either via the Vidanta golf reservations number/email or through the resort concierge - especially for Christmas/New Year. Vidanta’s main courses (Greg Norman and Nicklaus designs) are popular and can book out fast this time of year, so direct often gives you the best shot at your preferred tee times.
