I asked Magic 8 Ball Will Gray if he thought Bernd Wiesberger would win. He said seems unlikely. I'm highly disappointed.

I don't generally like these feature stories, but this Bob May one was pretty good. After 2003 he didn't touch a club for 3 years because of a back injury. Gotta think Nantz had that "Yes you May!" line in the hopper for a while at the end of that round.

In my bag:

Driver: Titleist TSi3 | 15º 3-Wood: Ping G410 | 17º 2-Hybrid: Ping G410 | 19º 3-Iron: TaylorMade GAPR Lo |4-PW Irons: Nike VR Pro Combo | 54º SW, 60º LW: Titleist Vokey SM8 | Putter: Odyssey Toulon Las Vegas H7

Yeah agreed. Anything with MAJ is good as well :-P. I wonder what kind of pun he has prepared for Viesssberger. Happy Birthday Kenny Perry.

So many back injury stories among pro golfers. Wasn't Olazabel hurt for awhile? I remember reading about him or one of the Spaniards who literally had to crawl around the house to get around. Forget the back, watch the video of Nadal getting leg cramps during a press conference. He just seized up and started grimacing and crying. He just sat there in pain for minutes. The body is not meant for pro sports wear and tear.

There's your early Sunday at a major birdie from Chris Wood. Nice to get that out of the way.

I meant -15 for the day, but you're right, that still probably wouldn't be good enough. Better to be safe and aim for -30.

Since Wiesberger is from Mozart land I would think something like, a virtuoso performance! Or something near the language of musical genius. He played the course like Herr Mozart!

Well if they finish in the dark, you might very well get Eine kleine Nachtmusik

Anybody know if the course is draining well at this point? I know some fairways have some standing water, but given the volume of rain they got this morning, seems its doing well all things considered.

I think that if Chick-fil-A is going to be closed on Sundays, they should also not advertise on Sundays.

Did anyone see the notable names for the Wyndham? Retief, DL3, Paddy, Couples. Holy shit that is awful.
