...Since you're so desperate for opinions, here's my honest opinion: I've hated every paint job you've put on that club. They're ugly, hideous, and downright unplayable in my opinion...

Ha Ha. There's no beating around the bush with you huh Iacas!

they are just ugly and tacky. like shaft skins you'd look like a fool out on the course with that on the end of your driver. like the golf gifts you get from non-golfer relaitives at christmas

I'll give u some love. I like the idea of driver graphics. Although the marble finish is a little much for me.
If you can try putting small logos on the side. not the top

its pretty cool though

but someone wise once said, its easier to destroy than create.

Perhaps that's why we were all so quiet to begin with until you begged for our opinions.

To be honest, how a club is painted makes no difference to me, but they came out good. It looks as if the only ones that were actually painted were the first two pics. The other pics, it looks as if you applied some sort of wrap on the club. You can see the wrinkles on the sole and along the hosel. Maybe its just me, but were they all actually painted?????

I guess you can put me down for a "kinda like it".

On the end of a lot of negativity?? Such as what other than the opinions you begged us for??

You really need to get over the fact that the people have spoken & declared the so called paint jobs ugly as sin.

I'd be more than comfortable saying the same things to you in person that I've said in this thread.

You asked for comments. Don't complain when people comment. It seems the reason you had to prompt people to comment in the first place was because we were trying to adhere to our momma's advice that it's better to say nothing at all than to say something mean. You asked for it. Don't go around insulting other people just because they point this fact out.

    • I believe the golf courses are leaving some opportunities on the table to educate and even insist that folks repair ball marks and fill in divots. They can and should put up signs strategically of what is expected. It may not cure the problem completely but it certainly would raise the level of awareness and improve on the status quo. Edit: I think the courses should straight up empty threaten folks that they would be asked to leave if found to be leaving ball marks unrepaired. Seriously.
    • Yeah, that's fair.  I'm not sure what the solution is.  I do remember "back in the day" when the ranger would remind you to fix your ball marks. I don't see that anymore either.  I guess my point is. I grew up in a time when fixing your ball mark was "cool". Because it meant you hit the green and made a ball mark. It's just not cool anymore.... which (in my opinion) is too bad.
    • To be fair, I don't watch golf YouTube videos to watch guys fix pitch marks, I watch to see the content/golf so it makes sense that stuff like that gets edited out. You don't see them replace/sand divots either but I'm sure they do. (At least the ones I watch that are very high level golfers. Bryan Bros, Grant Horvat, Peter Finch, etc)
    • I think the popularity of watching youtube golf shorts may also play into it. Very rarely, if ever, do you see a golf influencer fix their ball marks. Perhaps that's part of it.  I know it bugs me.  Like many others I always fix a few extra ones when I'm on the green.
    • A busy cocktail of apathy, indifference, lack of ownership.... and then throw in a dash of entitlement to top it off. Ya know, the usual ingredients.
