Does anybody know where I could find this headcover? Everywhere I have looked is completely sold out and I'm pretty sure the manufacturer stopped making them. Does anyone know of any specialty websites that may have one in stock or something similar?

Welcome to the forum @trahan19 .  I did a quick search on e-Bay and didn't see it.  I would suggest trying to track down the manufacturer and see if they could help out.

I did a search for "NFL > Dallas Cowboys Gear (2703 items) > Product ID: 79842"

and came up with a few hits.

One site - http://www.fanatics.com/NFL_Dallas_Cowboys/Dallas_Cowboys_Rowdy_Mascot_Golf_Club_Head_Cover

is presently out of stock.

Looks like they're out there, you'll just need to search a bit to find it.
