What will happen if I put a wedge in Coca Cola for an extended period of time?
In My Bag:

Driver::Louisville Golf - Smart Persimmon 9.5*
Irons:CG2 3-PW
Wedges:Reg. 588's (SW, LW)Putter:Studio Design 1Ball:Pro-v1Bag:Pro Stand Deluxe

a sticky wedge and flat soda.

In my stand Bag:

R7 Superquad 10.5* Fujikura REAX 65-S
Hi-Bore XLS 19* Hybrid Dynamic Gold S300
MP-60 4 thru PW Dynamic Gold S300 .588 REG 54* SW Vokey 58* LWSTX Greeny IV putter

supposedly remove rust and corrosion...if you soak and wipe with alumium foil...never tried this....let us know how it works out...maybe i'll try that on the bottom chrome part of the my raw haze wedges....it is showing some signs of rust on the chrome...

As far as I know Coca-Cola will do nothing to a chrome wedge with regards to removing Chrome. Chrome is a plating that is applied with a electroplating process and is quite durable. Usually a couple layers of different base metals are applied before the chrome outer finish.

I may be wrong but as far as I understand it the only want to remove chrome is to take it to a chrome plater and have it de-chromed. They may even give you a couple cents for the chrome off your wedge because the stuff is actually valuable.

Good luck.
