Some of my best stretches of holes I've ever had were when I was having a horrible round and found some kind of "awful ball" and played it out of spite. I remember a few in particular. One was the cheapest Top Flite and one was a cheapo Nike.

I've done that too with a range ball to "get revenge".

I use old Taylor Made clubs from eBay and golf shops.

How can picking up a lost ball out in the woods be considered as "unethical"?  Picking up a "lost" ball in the fairway or rough on parallel hole, maybe, but out in the woods it's fair game.

Somebody has to do it, they look so lonely. Once a week I wear long pants (we have briars), and add them to the shag bag. Unethical not IMHO.
