Have a look at that. I've supported with the early bird option. Can't have too many tripods/monopods. :) Before I looked at the pricing I was guessing $70 or $80. It's only about $40. You can get three for $99 (not that YOU want three, but between you and your buddies, parents, etc. you might want them). The ball head itself is normally fairly pricy.

Have a look. Even if you don't use it for golf specifically, it looks to have a lot of other purposes.

Sweet product.. I will get 3 and probably gift the other two.. The shipping to KSA is only $25 compared to having them ship it to my house in the U.S. for $18..

Got my MonoShot today in the mail. One of the legs has a spring that doesn't reset the locking mechanism, but other than that, it seems to be in good shape. The parts slide together well, the locks and screws are tight without being too strict, and it seems about as sturdy as something like this can seem (I don't know that I'd advise using it in any wind).
