Hi All,

I think being limber is so important on the tee. It;s so hard at 6:00 am to loosen up when I only have ten minutes to get ready for my first tee shot. But if you had to pick one one warmup/stretch drill, what would it be? Disclaimer:  I am working on a stretch drill.

The Ultimate 5 Minute Golf Warm Up Search it in YouTube, I've been doing these warm ups this year. Works well for me. Also, check out the exercise and fitness part of this forum. There's a lot on there about this topic

You only have 10 minutes because that is the amount of time you arbitrarily allow yourself. Wake up 30 minutes early and do good 20-30 minute full body warmup and stretch.

I watched The Ultimate 5 Minute Golf Warm Up video.

Looks great, but I don't think I could do it without spilling my beer.

This would be a good warm up drill. Could obviously do it for the downswing and followthrough. Keep the shaft "tilted" on the backswing and followthrough.

I think the home stretch , holes 16, 17, and 18 are the most important. It's where people fade.
