I think this is a first for LPGA or even for PGA.   Amy Yang birdies all back 9 holes in the final round of Hana Bank LPGA tournament.  Amazing!

She said she did it by leaving no birdie putts longer than 15 feet. Ballstriking baby.

Sooooo, which is harder, 9 consecutive birdies for the front or back 9, or starting from any other hole but 1 and 10? :-P

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

I gotta believe the final 9 holes of a tourny are the toughest considering the way the course is set up on day 4 and the added pressure.

That is seriously impressive!  I couldn't imagine just blanking out for 9 holes and waking up having birdied every hole.  I have shot a 62 in my life and I blanked out but never for 9 holes, that is crazy!

      Day 159 1-19 Flow drill while attempting to add arch in wrist on downswing. Not where it needs to be but felt good working on swing flow.

      Day 1 (19 Jan 26) - after a week lay-off due to travels, felt great to get in some drills in the backyard today.  Started with lead arm only short pitches focused on squared face and light divot post ball.  Haven’t done this in a while and it showed, with some skulls and slices.  Settled into easy flighted balls - wrapped up with standard two handed swings.  Good restart to the daily drills.

      That depends what you do within those two.  Are they your only options?   Check out Fit for Golf if you get a moment.  It's linked on the sidebar;  I did it for two years, stopped for a really bad reason, and I plan to get back to it soon.   Mike Carroll also has a great free podcast about a lot of topics in golf fitness.

      Day 30 - 2026-01-19 Got 10 minutes in on the mat / net working on exagerrating movements I'm working on. And grip. Also worked with my friendly AI to summarize key negative tendencies I have so that I can build a personal checklist to follow. Will do more mirror work tonight.
