Agreed.  IMO this is the biggest separation between average guys and the pros.

Also, the average guy tends to think his ball striking is way better than it really is.

I'd like to hear more about your "feeling" regarding your shoulder turn and arms. Letting your arms "fall straight down" does not mechanically cause your shoulders to rotate rather you pivot or not. So throw me a bone cause I'd love to see if I can get this Bermuda Triangle slot business figured out!

Congrats on your greatly improved ballstriking! Luv a breakthrough.

I have issues with a ugh! backswing -- but I also must feel as if my arms stay at the top and have my lower body do it's thing - it is a feel.

He's 78 years old. . .

He does have a few rounds here and there where things come together nicely and shoots 10 over from 6400 yards. Not enough to drop his handicap, ythough.

how far does he hit it?? 6,4XX would be the tips at pretty much any course around here. why doesnt he move up?

Those are the white tees. He shoots really well on tge short course. IDK, why he says hes 18?

I get into good athletic posture then take my shoulders and arms back keeping triangle for as long as I can naturally letting right elbow bend all very lose no tension I do a full shoulder turn keeping very central weight on inside of right foot then a small pause at top then the thought is keeping my back to target as I shift weight to left letting my arms fall towards my right pocket then everything seems to just whip through with effortlessl power? Hope this helps your feeling takes lots of practice
