Best answer is to get fitted ;D

Jokes aside I recommend FootJoy or Adidas. If you're lucky enough to find nikes under $100, they're really comfy as well.

I'm a fan of my current shoes, which are the FJ Dryjoys Tour. I am slightly biased in that Footjoy is one of the few brands that makes wide enough shoes for my fat feet, but I find them much more comfortable than other brands of shoes.

I love Trues as well, but just my 2 cents is that if you really "need" them to be waterproof and you often play in wet conditions they may not last real long.  At least that has been my experience with three pairs that were supposed to be waterproof.

Yea. I a so hoping they get their act together for the 2016 release. If not it's going to suck trying to find a similar style shoe.

I hope so, I would definitely still consider them at that point.

Mostly it's just I really like the low profile, zero drop shoe. When the tread wears out on them  a bit I just turn them into my normal daily shoe I wear. I've been wearing zero drop, low profile shoes for the past 2-3 years now.

It's so going to mess up my golf game.

If you can, Decathlon sports.  A friend swears by their shoes and the pricing is quite reasonable.  Not sure what they would cost but should fit within your budget if pricing in India is anything to go by where the shoes are imported

I'm all set now.  I  went to the taylormade outlet store  and picked up a pair of adidas tour 360 lite for a grand total of $27 out the door.  They  are 2 years waterproof and pretty darn comfortable.

Be careful on the greens with those, I can see them tearing up the grass pretty easily.

I think it was the Adizero that was banned a couple of years ago by some clubs for causing excessive damage to green surfaces, but yeah--that one looks pretty "aggressive."
