Who would be in favor of a par 5 course?

Sure, if it is interesting, I might try it as well. My guess is it would not be a cheap course to play, though.

Realistically, if you want to play a super long butt kicking course just find any course with a "TPC" in front of it.

I said No but would probably play once just to see it but would get boring playing more than once.

If you want to try something akin to that type of course, go play Los Serranos in Chino, CA - the South course is par 74 with 6 par 5's, 6 par 4's (of which half are 450ish in yardage) and 6 par 3's.

I've played Los Serranos, I liked it. The 6 of each hole was fine, played a similar course on Prince Edward Island.

I would love a all par 5 , if you do mess up you can still save par. And as others have said, I make up the most strokes on a par 5

I voted yes because I don't really care what course I play.  My priority is playing more than whether it is a par 3, par 4, par 5 or regular course.

I would definitely try out a Par 5 course.  I enjoy the par 5's the most but I do think it would be a little tiring after 9 holes.

I doubt I would make it my home course, but a random fun course to play to test out the driver and hybrid game.

After my success today, I might play such a course once or twice.  9 holes today and played the two par 5's par-birdie.
