"5 Minutes Daily" Practice Challenge September 2016

Worked on my pitching for a bit while the kids warmed up today. Hit a few putts focusing on my feels for keeping the putter head rotating a bit less and hitting it solidly.

9/12 - pitching & greenside chipping x 15 mins before going into work. Focused on distance control and landing spot with pitch.

9/12 - more mirror work focusing on spine tilt.  More putting drills working mostly on speed

I may play this afternoon if work goes well

15 minutes mirror work before my workout. Focused on my latest lesson work.

Spent 5 minutes working on set up and slow mo making sure that playing yesterday didn't undo the work I've been doing.

9/13 - played 18 today at Belk Park, IL.  Very fun course and really allows me to open up on my drives which I like.  I played well but continue to struggle with my putting being consistent.  I am getting better at speed which is my main focus rather than trying to drain every 30 foot putt

Played 9 today and shit a 40. Kept one swing thought which helped a lot off the tee.

9/14 - putting practice in the basement this morning.  Also did an extra 5 minutes of torso rotation exercises after my workout

3-10 footers.

Mirror work. Controlling the right elbow in the backswing. Helps to not pull the ball if I keep it a bit more in front of me at setup, even.

9/14 - 39 today. Driver better than last time out. Chipping improved with recent work

9/15 - range work before real work.  Putting the spine tilt into practice and continue to make it feel like a normal swing.  Spent about half of my time on 3/4 and 1/2 shots with the wedges.  Really trying to get comfortable with 100 yards to 30 yards
