"5 Minutes Daily" Practice Challenge October 2016

10/31- 20 minutes mirror. Re-read grip thread, watched video lesson re: how many knuckles to show at address. Worked on backswing: at the top, the club needs to NOT be toe-down. Gotta get rid of cupping, as it's natural to cup my wrist as I lay it flat. Argh. Particularly at speed.

Back to slow swings today to make sure that playing yesterday didn't screw up anything. I often revert to old habits after a round.

Iron Man of the daily challenges. I've yet to do a month correctly! November will be the month.

It has paid off. I finally met my goal of making it, at least temporarily, to a single digit...made it to a 9.7 as of this morning's revision
