The top picture is the after and the bottom is the before. And while it's a small difference (2 days between), it speaks to me. I am clearly coming out of posture in the bottom and on top it's more like my lower body is engaged into the shot and my energy seems directional.  Plus I can see my back left cheek on top and the bottom is more of a straightening than a turn.

Anybody have any drills for overactive hips? I notice that in my follow through my hips are pointed very left of the target, especially with my driver. And while a more important position would be at impact, I still feel that my hips being too fast is contributing to my getting stuck behind me.

some new ones from today. I stopped trying to manually flatten my plane and instead Tryed feeling that my elbow was leading the way down. I took the flaring out of my stance because my hips are already super over active so I figured it would help restrict them from over turning. Head moving a little in the FO but it's not much.

Any critique is is welcome and appreciated

I like that you are talking about maintaining posture.  That is what I thought the problem might have been on the photo you posted in post #13.  It looked from DL that your head was coming back away from the ball around impact.  It looks now that you have improved on that.

My head has always been a fairly strong aspect on my swing. Never really moved a whole lot.

My posture has been more of my key focus along with avoiding getting stuck. And since I've been working on the stuck part, my posture has since somewhat corrected itself.

good day today practicing. My primary focus lately has been flattening my plane at the top. Before today I'd been strictly using the idea of tight right arm and pizza tray and had okay results. Today I felt like I was doing the pizza tray but I also felt myself drop the club into slot. And I must say that all day I was flushing balls. At the end I got a bit drained mentally and couldn't quite repeat the dropping into slot every swing. But that's what happens when you crush 400 ish balls. Really positive day for me. I am trying to focus on the feeling of dropping the club into slot at the top of my backswing. You can actually see it happen in the video. So I'm glad to feel what was happening so well.

After a long stretch of almost daily range visits, I have to take a break due to a back injury from my repeated range visits. Will continue the journey soon.

I'm afraid that the bold in post #26 is what happens when you repeatedly hit 400-ish balls in a single session,  Good luck in healing up, and please take it a little easier when you get back
