Here's a thought. Reward those players that hit the ball within 10 seconds by subtracting .0555556 strokes per hole.

Watching Kerr this past weekend made me want to hang myself. Now that was some slow play. On one hole I swear she picked up at least 100 loose impediments for a single putt... from outside the greenside fringe.... From something like 30 ft.
