Day 19: Stack training and maintained 109 swing speed I hit in Sunday’s session.  Felt great and thought I would surpass 110. PRGR speed device stopped working midway and it took a while to restart even with new batteries. Looking forward to Thursday!

Day 45 (11 Apr 23) - day trip to beach place, so today was 9i in the sand - wet hard pack or gentle fluff.  Makes you realize why modern wedges have the soles they do as the 9i is an old Spalding Johnny Palmer Tournament iron.

Day 163, April 12, 2023

Did a good 30 minutes. I don't think I'm going to stick with my last lesson. It's too "passive" and I think you can "move" the club and "do" things that aren't just passive.

Day 20: I played today and am leaving for a golf trip tomorrow so I gotta play with what I brought. I thought the swing was pretty smooth today. Keeping the lead knee from bucking out was good. Hit some decent shots. We will see what the week brings us.

Day 18: 12 Apr

Golf lesson followed by range time. Continuing to improve my club path; it’s still a bit too much out-to-in but it’s light years better than it was and the overall trend is good. Chatted through some swing thoughts - largely confirmed that im sometimes leaving the clubface way open at impact, but haven’t really got to the root cause of it. Range time spent practicing a lot of 3-wood and 4-hybrid, continuing to build confidence in myself and my golf swing.

Day 21: Stack training session 11. All max intent. Set speed records in each of the first three but fell a little short in the fourth when we measured speed. Lost one yard down to 302. Feel like I still have a few more mph to attain.

Day 164, April 13, 2023

Hit about 30 balls actively moving the club in the direction that I'd like. I can do it a bit earlier than I thought previously, which is good.

Planned on starting stack, but tweaked something in my back playing kids, so just did some slow stuff with almost golf balls and putting inside.

    • @snapfade I’m positive that the sensors are on the right clubs … double checked it. Haha. I’m trying to recall if I picked up one club, then decided to change clubs. I’ll need to pay more attention to it. I remember people saying it will miss a shot, but that wasn’t the case here.    I need to pay a bit more attention and see if I can avoid the error or figure out how I’m creating it.

    • That's a new one to me, I have never had that problem. Did you miss a shot by chance and you thought it picked up the wrong club or did you touch it to the sensor and it registered it as a different club? Dumb question, is the sensor in the right club?  When I went from my D9's to Titleist and then back I screwed the wrong sensor into a wedge, but I caught it on the spot. I'm curious on this one.
    • I might be mixing it up.    I was referring to a Mark Crossfield video you posted in a thread: Blades vs Cavity Backs a couple years ago.
