Day 166 - Thought I'd be playing 9 holes today, but that didn't work out. Hit some balls throughout the day, still focusing on getting my weight more in left heel as I come into impact.

Day 69:

More work on priority piece with 7-iron. Got some positive Mevo+ info but small sample size before battery died.

Day 13: Early morning putting practice in the garage

I may not hit the ball far, but at least I find all of the pretty flowers.

Day 596, June 21, 2024

18 holes at Whispering Woods with @DrizZzY. I'm now -5 the last five times I've played #15. Today I had a 5I in and put it hole high. 😛 Sheesh!

No movement on any of the needed birdie holes. Lots of tap-in pars after opportunities.

Erik J. Barzeski —  I knock a ball. It goes in a gopher hole. 🏌🏼‍♂️

Day 1. Took a couple days off for the hip. Worked on setup, backswing and transition at the gym. Hopefully I’m close to being able to swing.

Day 99. Played 18. Didn’t spray the ball everywhere and played to my handicap. Happy with results overall because golf is hard.

Day 50 (21 Jun 24) - No pounding balls in the backyard or rounds played today as we are taking a couple days at the beach.  Did get in some drill work doing the slapshot drill while cooking on the grill.  Used the drill to work on weight shift onto the lead foot as part of the slap shot swing motion.

June 22, 2024. Day 100! - feedback from evolvr lesson yesterday identified flow as the priority piece. Mirror work addressing that today.

Day 51 (22 Jun 24) - very similar to yesterday’s drill of working on the slap shot drill and focused weight shift.  Only today I wasn’t grilling anything….just working on the weight shift and the feel of weight moving onto the lead foot (also with not club, no ball I didn’t have a case of “where-did-the-ball-go-itis)….

Day 597, June 22, 2024

Got some time in before lessons this morning at about 7:15. It's warm, but it's a little bit less warm first thing in the morning. I'll do the same tomorrow before a lesson at 9…

Day 71:

Hit 20 balls with 6-iron, 9-3 swing really focused on priority piece.

Then 20 balls full swing, keeping priority piece in mind, but trying to stay athletic.

Finished with 20 balls each chipping/pitching switching technique every 5 balls.

    • Pretty clear explanation and message. You can be labels into a category by swing speed or handicap but at the end you should test them all and see witch suit you best. Index 0.8. 170 with 7 iron (33°). Gamer is a 2 piece golf ball with hard compression when I'm supposed to play a 4 layer one.

    • I doubt he was in any financial hardship. I do however believe he’s pretty pissed he wasted so much on it and LIV basically gave him his losses back that he knows he wouldn’t earn on the PGAT.
    • Phil might be needing it to fuel his gambling.
    • What these defectors don’t seem to get is their bottom line for going over there:Money. And not money they need for their own/family survival. It’s hardly a comparison when countries have to unfortunately deal with international business among morality deficient governments for commodities each need.    Many of these guys, BDC, Koepka, Mickelson, etc. did not make this move to keep afloat. Needing fuel for our daily lives, plastics, etc. are just a necessity in every household. These guys just liked the money. Period. So to expect people to turn the other way and admire their bs claims of ‘better schedule, growing the game…’ is just asinine. Awww…you have to play more golf on the PGAT? You’re exhausted from all the private jet trips?  Yeah..that’s a tough life for sure.
