Day 175 - 2025-03-24

Didn't do a Stack session. Instead, hit about 30 golf balls. 🙂

Day 2: 3/24/25

Par4Success workout followed by putting through 50 mm gates.

Day 15 (24 Mar 25) - Wedge work in the backyard, focused on engaging the bounce to get that thudded click of a well  nipped ball off tight lies.  Good session on making a smooth swing through the ball to  set distances.

Day 19 - More messing around on the sim.

Day 3: 3/25/25

Par 4 Success workout followed by Stack Progress Check.

Day 16 (25 Mar 25) - Worked with the 7i into the net - hit about 20 balls.  Worked on the downswing transition, kept the swing to about 1/2 speed.

Day 176 - 2025-03-25

Got some swing work in between some lessons. Not a bunch, but 15 to 20 minutes. Backswing is good.

Day 248: mirror work again. Combining my backswing stuff with a downswing drill from AMG. Think I’m on the right track.

Day 20 - Chipping work, focused on ball-first contact. Did a 20-yard drill in GSPro after.

Day 177 - 2025-03-26

Hit some slower drivers and some little wedges today. Drivers were to show the dumb side of my brain (the subconscious side) that the downswing works just fine.

Day 17 (26 Mar 25) -  Big day working on a project at church - therefore it was grab some time with the 9i in the backyard working on pitch and runs later in the day.  Focused on keeping the ball flighted to get some good rollout.  Hit about 20 shots doing that and then moved to the 54 to keep working on getting good torso rotation and not flipping through it.  Was not perfect as there were some bloopers and fliers but overall a good session on distance control.

Day 249: did a stack putting session and then worked on 5 foot putts for a bit.

Day 4: 3/26/25

Par4Success workout followed by putting through 50 mm gates.

Day 21 - Good session with driver and 6i. Hitting real golf balls is quite a bit different from the foam balls, still getting used to that change.

Day 5: 3/27/25

Chipping practice Mayo-style.  Good session.

Day 178 - 2025-03-27

Played 16 holes (and practiced a little after lessons earlier in the day).

Three birdies in the first four holes (including the first!) helped.

Day 250: did a stack session. Did a bit of slow swings during rest breaks, working on my lower body movement.

Day 22 - A bit of mirror work, back to working on a high finish.
