Day 59 (06 Feb 24) - Played 18 today with my son.  Very consistent day in overall ball striking.  Solid 80 with 10 of 18 GIR (a personal round best).  Getting close to breaking the 80 barrier.

Day 71- Took some swings out in the yard today working on a shorter swing. Felt great.

Day 41- 2/6/24

Stack Full Speed Spectrum training session. Hit high speeds in several weights for this program but not for 195 grams. Felt good!

Day 464, February 6, 2024

Worked for an hour between lessons today. Same downswing stuff.

Day 212: worked on putting while listening to calls. Used a mirror to check set up, but otherwise just trying to hole putts on my mat.

Day 36 - Slow practice swings trying to get the feeling of opening my hips more. Worked up to hitting some balls at mostly full speed, still need to review the videos.

Day 7: Worked on flow today at the gym with a 6 iron. I tend to tighten up on the course and want to eliminate that.

Day 60 (07 Feb 24) - Worked on setup-preshot focused on wedge play - greenside length shots - short pitches in the 5 - 25 yard range.

Went downtown to practice with @DrizZzY. Did more practice this time than usual when we end up chatting, but also stayed after and got some good work in by myself while trying to catch up a bit on podcasts.

Day 42- 2/7/24

Putting practice through 50 mm gates. Almost a perfect session! Slow motion full swings. Looking forward to my first round of the year on Saturday.

Day 72- Work with short practice club. Work on grip, set, and side bend with short, slow backswings.

Day 61 (08 Feb 24) - Continued working with setup and rehearsal of face position prior to swing.  Added grandson’s football goal to give a low level target window as I wanted to work on short pitches (goal was about 12yds out, the pin another 16).  Love this as I work to keep the ball just high enough to clear the cross bar….

Day 43- 2/8/24

Session 21/24 for full speed spectrum.  Matched high speed for 195 gram for this program. Felt good to return to that speed!

Day 466, February 8, 2024

Got in a good 35 to 45 minutes between lessons today. Some faster downswings than I should make, but they're trials to help me know that I'm on the right path.
