Day 1: Still working on loading trail side but thought of getting trail hip up and away. Downswing just getting left hip up and away.

Day 215: got out the net and hit in my garage for a bit. Filmed a bunch of swing, working on seeing what feels translate. Possibly a little more success with my priority piece on full swings!

Day 467, February 9, 2024

Practice after an Evolvr student showed up for a GEARS session and before a beginner woman lesson. Downswing. Slowed it down again a bit today.

Day 39 - Did some swings with MirrorVision working on a bit more knee bend and the ball a bit more forward in my stance.

Day 62 (09 Feb 24) - Played 18 at Minnesott today, approaches were consistently short - made for a great practice of up and down for par with wedges and scoring irons.  Provided a good number of putts for par at 10’ or less….

Indoor chipping in prep for the first round of the year tomorrow. Hoping the rain misses us!

Day 10: neck was stiff today so I only did some chipping.

Day 468, February 10, 2024

30 minutes of practice and a little recording videos for CoachNow. Downswing. I recorded one of my swings, too, and though I still steepen it a bit when I pump… it's not as bad as it was even a week ago.

Day 63 (10 Feb 24) - quick afternoon front nine at Minnesott with son and grandson.  Fun time / okay play.

Practiced prior to first round of the year today.

Day 75- Slow swings with short practice club.

Day 40 - Similar to yesterday, but with a bit more speed and feeling like I’m finishing with a bit more rotation.

Day 11: finally got to hit outside and of course Tuesday we’re getting snow! Worked on my feels with 7 iron and driver. Then finished with pitching.

Day 41 - Swings with a focus on hitting a bit more aggressively. Also making sure to flex my knees a bit more at setup.

Worked on things briefly before JEP today. Downswings… again. And all of February and March.

Day 46- 2/11/24

Super Bowl Sunday distance control putting practice after yesterday’s struggles. Groups of three to alternating distances each set. Pretty good but could improve.
