Day 1: Starting over.  Did my arm drills between meetings this morning.

Day 36 (6 Jun 24) - Played 9 holes with my good friend’s father-in-law.  Was a solid round across the bag - solid for me with 2 pars, 6 bogies and 1 dbl.  Focused on making solid shots and not taking silly risks…

Day 162: 6/6/24-D Day Anniversary 

Stack Training Session Full Speed Spectrum session 21/24.

Tied my 5th fastest out of 21 sessions, and a speed I have hit 3 other times. Battling through some injuries so it was a good session.

Day 1 - Worked on set up and lower body movement at the gym between sets in the mirror. Used a 6 iron but did not hit. These changes came from my GEARS work with Erik in Erie.

Day 37 (7 Jun 24) - Played 18 with Friday men’s group.  Decent for me 40 front / 44 back - got a little lazy on the back, carding a couple of dbl bogies….still a fun day with some good friends.

Day 55:

Did 20 balls each with chipping and pitching motions, focusing on solid contact.

Did another 20 balls full swing with 5-iron, working on feel/thought for priority piece.

Hit 5 Almost Golf balls with driver, same deal as 5-iron.

A bit of indoor putting around the office while cooking dinner.

      Day 6: 2026.01.09 Some swing work in the mirror. Need to work on home setup to be able to get more out of evenings where I can't make it to the range.

      New Maxfli Forged Irons - $800!

      I would like to amend my original comment on the new Maxfli irons. Yes, $800 for forged irons is a pretty good price and they do feel good BUT...I have since found out that $800 is only for off the shelf, standard issue clubs with standard lengths, lofts, lies and shafts. Any change made from stock results in huge up-charges so that the final price ends up pretty much the same as similar forged irons from any of the major manufacturers.

      These were almost all included on the list of Clarifications or revised Model Local Rules released just a few days ago.  I'm pretty sure the first 3 are brand new MLRs (Moved/Wrong Place, Embedded Ball in someone else's pitch mark, Internal OB applies only to tee shot) that the PGA Tour is choosing to use.  The 16.1 Rule (relief near a Putting Green) was revised allowed a Committee to give relief for more than just Immoveable Obstructions, microphone holes would be classed as GUR (a hole made by the maintenance staff).  The replacement club rule was available before, the E-3 (Lift Clean and Place distance) could have been defined as "one scorecard" before, they're just a change in how the PGA choices.
