It's good for everybody that the baseball thing about peeing on blisters hasn't made its way to the golf world.

I played a ton of baseball in my youth, and never heard of that. I have, however, heard of peeing on jellyfish stings!

This is bad advice too. Rub sand on it to remove the stingers. Urine is not acidic enough to help. Vinegar is better, but most don't bring that to the beach.

Back on topic: I use tape early in the season to prevent blisters on the fingers. My skin gets dry in the winter, which can contribute to blisters.

You should probably let folks know the difference between tocopherol and tocopheryl acetate. Consumers can get easily confused by labeling. I assume you are recommending tocopherol.

Sorry you are correct! I'm also stopping shy of recommending anything, just sharing something that has worked for me and others I've known. Tocopheral acetate can have some irritating qualities as it's tocopheral (Vitamin E) and acetic acid, think vinegar.

Which ironically might be ok for the jellyfish stings that are brought up later, lol.
