Day 177 - A lot of good practice today. Some pitching, a lot of partial swings hitting some key positions, slow swings, and some full swings I was really happy with. 

Day 81: Same as yesterday. Worked on priority piece, adding in some palmar flexion and making sure I don’t get too in-out pathy. Also reviewed some prior lesson pieces to make sure I’m not getting off track with old stuff.  

Sergio Garcia put on clock, fails to qualify for Open Championship - ESPN Sergio Garcia, who was put on the clock for slow play, failed to qualify for the Open Championship for the... Garcia was caught on video complaining to R&A rules officials after being put on the clock, saying he was being slowed down by fans on the property.   Something Garcia certainly isn’t used to from playing on LIV GOLF.

Day 23:  putting in the house and swinging in the mirror.  It’s 112 degrees today…

Day 192: 7/2/24 Par4Success workout followed by some slow driver swings. Hoping to regain full swing capability over the next 6 weeks.
