My golf league has 16 members with ages between 25 and 66.  2 carry, 1 rides a cart, the rest use a push or pull cart.  I was in the last foursome and we finished in 2 hours.

I do sometimes feel like I am one of the only ones who carries their bag, but I don't mind that individuality.

Are you talking about 18 holes?

I know of one game that usually has 16 to 20 people that finish in less than two hours. I thought they would have to be the only ones in the world crazy enough to do that...And they play "inside the leather" and genuinely seem more interested in getting off of the course as quickly as possible than playing enjoyable golf.

I use a push cart almost every time out. I don't see what the big deal is. I'm out playing golf and walking that's all that matters. No one ever said anything to me about it but being 6'2" and 235 probably doesn't hurt either.

League is 9 holes.  I have done 18 in 2.5 hours with no one in front of us in a two some.
