Damn . . . I use iron condoms, and wear designer clothes . . .

Honestly, I hate the sound of bag clatter coming over hill and dale, and really hate it behind my head on the cart.

yeah, especially when you have a brand new set of super shiny chromed forged irons. i use covers when im on my way to the course and after, but when im playing i just wrap a towel around them to keep them from clanking against each other and to keep others from saying:

From Mizuno website:

"The use of iron head covers is not recommended as they trap moisture and accelerate the production of rust."

From Mizuno website:

Yes, but duhhh, don't store them with the covers on......

Clean your clubs or at least dry them off with a towel before putting them away.

From Mizuno website:

Moisture create rust, not covers. As long as you store the clubs inside and don't soak the cover everytime you play it's not a problem, but there is no doubt you'll have to take care of your equipment.

I wear socks with my sandals and headcovers on my irons, but I don't shower with a rain coat......

I don't like to look down at my irons and see the ding marks on the top edge, that drives me nuts. I like the clean look of forged irons and I want it to stay that way, so I use head covers.

Yeah, wanna make 14 dollars the hard way?
