I started doing push-ups and sit-ups a couple months ago mainly just for physical appearance but ive noticed i have gained about 20-25 yards on my drives over the course of this time. I hated it when i started but now its a habit, and i feel weird when i don't do it. Just wondering if im alone or if anyone else works out.
