Thought this would be a fun thread, and a way of discussing what needs to be improved with your own personal game.

Here's how this works, you will say your current handicap, and then suggest what level each part of your game is on. Here is the template:

Driving: 5 handicap. Hitting it solid, pretty straight, and generally about 260 yards. Sometimes more, sometimes shorter.
F-way woods/Hybrids: 8 handicap. I don't feel like I'm hitting these well right now at all, just too inconsistent IMO.
Irons: 15 handicap. Just mishit them, especially the mid irons way too often. Really working hard on this.
Wedges: 5 handicap. I'm talking full wedge shots here, I'd say I'm playing around my level right now.
Short game (chipping, pitching, bunkers): Scratch. By far the best part of my game. I've had people tell me I'm a machine at getting the ball up and down.
Putting: 5 handicap. I'm putting well, but not great. I'm consistently threatening the hole from 20 feet and in, but my speed has been great lately.

So, let's hear your assessments!

Driving: 20, but varies in each round. I would have rated it as 10 last week!
F-way woods/Hybrids: 10 - I just love my G5 5 wood - the best ping club ever made. Hitting it well enough to just be able to use that instead of driver
Irons: 12 - solid short irons, hitting most par 3s - long irons are not so great
Wedges: 10 - finding golf easy from 125 in at the moment
Short game: 10 - very comfortable around the greens - landing it short to run it on
Putting: 13 - shaky, but again varies in each round. Long putts bad, short putts are dropping!

Putting 5 cap good hitting 10 footers a good amount and confident with 3-4 footers
Driving about a 50 cap - I had to take it out of the bag cause its so bad right now, only been golfing 6300 yard courses lately so i havnt needed it that much
Irons - 10- confident with hitting approaches and hitting greens with 3 irons
Wedges 10- if i'm hittin a wedge in and not within 10-15 feet i'm not happy at all
Short game - about 59 or so, its hit or miss, i'd rather hit back to 100 yards

Driving- 10, I usually can hit good drives and really get a hold of them. Avg is about 250.
Fairway- 20, I've really only had one good round with it so far. I've had my dymo for about 4 rounds now.
Long Irons- 10, I hit my long irons really solid and quite far for my age.
Mid Irons- 12, I can hit some solid shots with these as well but have hit some horrible pull hooks even when I have a great round.
Short Irons- 15, I usually push or pull these and rarely hit my mark.
Full Wedges- 15, I misshit these as well.
Half Wedges- 20, I can't judge how hard to hit half wedges worth crap.
Short Game- 5, Most of the time I can get up and down quite easily thanks to my ability of putting my chips and pitches inside 15 feet.
Putting- 15, I'm getting a bit better with my feel.

Driver - 3 - One of my better clubs. I'm not the longest hitter, but I keep it in play consistently and almost always give myself a chance for the green.
Fairway Woods - ???? - Really, I basically never use the 3 & 5 wood. Either I'm hitting driver or hybrid.
Hybrids - Scratch - These are my favorites. I have a 3-5 hybrids and love them all and hit them great. Great for the long par 3s or those tight fairways. Really, these completely changed my outlook on shots 175-225 yards.
Irons - 6 - Not bad, but just not where I want them to be. It seems I strike them really well about 50% and the rest are "okay" (long way from flag or just off the green).
Wedges - 6 - Since you said full swings, I'll put them in with the Irons. I really never hit a full shot with these, but tend to club up and swing 3/4 for better control.
Short Game - Pitching (6), Chipping (8), Sand (15) - Pitching and chipping have improved greatly as a new technique is really helping with consistent strikes each time. Sand shots... ugh... that's why I avoid it at all costs, although in my defense, the bunkers on some of the courses are just awful (more like waste areas).
Putting - 8 - Much improved this year as a new technique has me hitting more on-line and with better pace. The number of 3 putts is way down, and those 3-5 footers are dropping more often. If I can start dropping those 10-20 footers more often, I'll be happy.

Driving: 35-25 handicap. It just varies from day to day. Somedays are good, somedays are bad. Working on getting consistent.
F-way woods/Hybrids: 23. I'm really consistent with my 4H and 3H. I have decent distance and okay accuracy with it. As for the woods, I don't really use them that often.
Irons: 25. I have great accuracy with them, but horrible distance.
Wedges: 20. I work really well with them. They're great in the rough, sand, and pretty much anywhere else.
Putting: 16. I am very good with my putter. I can consistetly sink putts from 0-10 feet. If it wasn't for that I'd be a 30+ handicapper.

Driver : I'd say about 5 ...I'm not a long hitter , about 250 , but i'm hitting about 75% of fairways this year. Has Always been the best part of my game
Putting : 20... I used to be a 1056 , but i really practiced and got better fast. Still averaging 35 putts though...
Full wedge : 15...could be better , could be worse .
Chips: 10...close enough to have a chance to save...but sometimes leaves tough par putts. I'm good in the sand though !
Irons: 7...I'm hitting the ball well , and have good distance control with my irons , i'm confident with my mid/long irons.

Hmmm... Interesting..

Current Handicap, i have to change this, 14

Driver: 15, its on and off, i can usually count on a slight cut, so i can play it. Sometimes a push cut comes in. Sometimes i get a few like today, the nice baby draw, were the ball feels like it would be utterly destroyed if i didn't see it fly out there 300 yards. Cut shot, 260 drive, my boom boom draw, 295+, baby draw 5% of the time.
Putter: 5, its on fire now, i really got it honed in. I had my low of the year today 30 putts, with no 3 putts.
Full Wedge: 10, pretty good, my average distance isn't anything special, but i can hit the center of the green regularly
Chips: 20, the weakest part of my game, allways has been.
Irons: 15, there on and off, still have the cut issue with them. Though i can play it, i don't like it.

Awards, Achievements, and Accolades

Driver: 4-strongest part of my game for a while now, been keeping them in the fairway or the fringes for the most part, and probably 80% are 250+
Putter: 11-streakiest part of my game for the last year, better at avoiding 3 putts, but need to increase 1 putts
Full Wedge: 9-good, but not great, haven't been super sharp for a few months
Chips: 5-right with driving for best part of my game
Irons: 6-solid with the occasional bad decision

I find the best way to break this down is to multiply your handicap by the number of categories you're using (5 in my case) and allot the points into every category (I'm a 7-so 35 points total).

Driving: 5 I've worked hard on this and it's going to help my HC come down.
F-way woods/Hybrids: 4 - I can hit these really well.
Irons: 7 - Could do with more length, consistency.
Wedges: 7 I need to add a gap and lob wedge to have access to the shots I need.
Short game: 4 - Tidy.
Putting: 4 - It doesn't cost me many shots in a given round

I suppose I like to think I am improving with those numbers. Nothing is really bad but I need to hit more GIR most of all.

Driver 8 out of 10
fairway 7 out of 10
long iron 5 out of 10
mid iron 5 out of 10
short iron 6 out of 10
wedges 8 out of 10
pitching 6 out of 10
chipping 8 out of 10
putting 9 out of 10

overall game 8 out of 10
I am confident and feel that I understand my game and can shoot par or under but I can also shoot in the high 70's or low 80's if I am careless. My last round, I had three bad drives that cost me bogies to double bogies and my chips were above the hole not allow me to get up and down. I love this game, it's so challenging.

Driving: 20 handicap. Super long but sometimes left, sometimes right. Too many OB's from bad drives keep my score about 5-7 higher than it should be.
Fairway Woods: 9 handicap. Put a new 16* wood in the bag and it has given me 2 birdies on par 5's and got me close to green from way out on another.
Irons: 10 handicap. Mostly clean draw shots that go the distance I want with a pretty decent hold on accuracy.
Wedges: 10 handicap. Replaced a sole 54* with a 56* & 60* and have really been sticking the greens from 100 & 70 yards respectively.
Short Game: 5 handicap. Been getting a lot of good up&downs; lately.
Putting: 5 handicap. As of late my putting has come into its own. New putter = newfound confidence.

I'll add a couple new categories:
Mental Game: 5 handicap. I am learning that bad shots are part of my game. Overcoming them with an "aw shucks" instead of a "&$#^%%@&* #&$*# #*&$# *#$#&!" is making my game a ton better.
Course Management: 10 handicap. Still making some bad decisions thinking I can make the 'hero' shot to save a good score. After walking off the green I find myself saying, "I should've just taken the drop and hit a good iron shot to layup in the fairway" or some such. Even with the bad decisions, I am also making some very good ones as well.

Even par through 9 is my best.  I don't even want to think about what was my worst.

driving - 28 I cant hit a driver for toffee right now (if I could sort this out I reckon my index would plummet. My course is so long you need a 250 yd carry on some holes just to be in contention. Whoever said distance is not king wants to play my course)
fairway woods - 15 always dead straight but lack distance (3 w only goes 215 yds carry)
irons - 14
wedges - 18 (good but get the odd sha*k)
putting - 20 some days amazing others terrible

Driver 28* * potential to be scratch. Today i played 14 drives, 9 of which found trouble some only went 20 yards. My second shots went 280 to 340, some were greenside. I lost 15 strokes to tee shots today!
Irons 10 not perfect but within reason
short game 15 lost 3 strokes in the beginning b/c i didnt keep my head down on chips. (stoopid)
putting 5 (yes a 5 if 35 putts works)

Drives are a blessing or a curse!
