I unfortunately lost my GHIN number, and am no longer a member of my club. I haven't entered a score in GHIN in 5 months, and am going to rejoin the club. So without having to email my club, is there any way I can find my GHIN number online? I have 30 rounds I need to enter before I go back. I walked 9 tonight with a group of guys and a few were a little cautious about betting with me....might be because my GHIN number says Im playing to a 13.8. I want to participate in the games we play, so I need to enter in all these scores.

So to sum it all up, is there any way I can look up my GHIN number so I can enter my scores?

im not sure you can post scores when you are not affiliated with a club. when you rejoin your club you will be able to find out your ghin by looking up your information on the list of members they have posted usually near the computer. you might even still be on the list. i do not know if you can find your number without emailing your club handicap chairman. that is your best option to find the number quickly. as you may know your handicap stays as is for up to 2 years i think. so when you join again and start posting scores.. all your previous scores should still be there and there will be an M next to your index for a little bit. anyways, it shouldnt be hard to track down your GHIN#.. or just wait until you rejoin.

When you rejoin the club you should get all that info back.

When you rejoin you can also give those scores to your handicap chair and they should input them for you.

Yeah, as long as you saved the scores with the months you shot them in, then the club should input them for you.

Thanks guys. I have all of my score cards on file from the past year and can easily enter all of my scores once I find my number. Im good friends with the female head pro so she is going to email me my number. These will just all be "away" rounds. I quit the club to see if there was anything better in Jacksonville (tons of courses). After playing every course offered on golfnow.com at least once or twice, I am going to rejoin. Its 10 mins from my house, free range plan, several "games" on the weekends, and the course is usually in great shape.

Thanks for your help.

I think you are supposed to be associated with a club to post the scores like has already been stated. You may have to rejoin before posting the scores and you should be able to find your number that way.

You might try going to the GHIN web site and entering you name and state in their lookup boxes. If it returns your scores, you'll find your number.

Actually they stopped showing the GHIN number on those types of searches - presumably for privacy/security reasons.
