I don't generally go to this site unless I am referencing the rules or handicap sections.  Those don't seem any easier or harder to get to.

Looks like they are going pretty heavy on the example/instruction videos, which may be a good thing.

I'm not a big fan of the current UI design trends, such as flat buttons and UI elements with a lot of empty space (even if the "empty" space is a background image.)

For example:

These two elements don't really have much in them but they take up the entire window.  Are people blind or are site designers trying to make one web page for both desktop and mobile devices?

So I dislike the new site design but it's not nearly as bad as pgatour.com.

I'll call it neutral, but that's probably a bit kind. I generally only use it for rules and handicapping, and find the change more annoying than difficult. I certainly don't see any personal benefit.

I like it more now that I found were they hid the Decisions parts of the rules. I didn't notice it as a tab next to the Rules. Maybe a line or something to make it look more like a tab. It was kinda hidden in plain sight.

I said neutral.  I look at it everyday for news.  I tend to prefer less photos on a site and more written content.
