When they first came out I bought a dozen and the cover wasn't durable.   I haven't bought any since.

I bought 5 boxes, but used them up for the season, have about a dozen balls left. Now going to 5 boxes of the MTB Reds.

I play Snell MTBx and previously the MTB-Reds. NEVER had any cover issues. I have not played the Get Sum model. My bad luck with covers was the first VICE balls that came out.

I am into my 7th dozen of MTB Black on about 60 rounds this year (difficult course). I have not had any issues

I have posted before where I completely split one and cracked another off the driver. Distances seemed a bit short for me too for whatever odd reason. Was good around greens however. These where the mtb black.

MTB Black here.  On my 6th dozen. Never had a problem. good distance as well.
