I guess to capture the clubhead at impact? Is it one of those phantom cameras?

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

Doesn't look like a camera to me, looks more like a radar device, but could be wrong.

It's a Phantom or something similar, yeah.

I don't think it's capturing anything at the moment, though. It's not really pointed at anything.
