I'm currently in Sales but i'm going back to school to study marketing. Ok, Sales and Marketing are pretty much joined at the hip but over the last few years the quality coming out of the marketing depts from the different firms I've worked with has been a hinderence to sales efforts rather than helping it. I aim to change that.

Cheers, Scaramnager

Good morning!

I'm the Director of Stewardship and Mission Services for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Covington in northern KY. When I'm not serving the needs of our Diocesan Chancery Office or our Curia, I'm trying to get to the golf course for some practice or better yet, some play.

Hi,

I'm a civil engineer. I've just finished the construction of the "The Oitavos" Hotel at the Oitavos Dunes golf course in Cascais, Portugal. I guess my interest for this sport came from watching the Oitavos Dunes golf course everyday for the past 2 years!

I am a paramedic in Pensacola, Florida. I started playing golf last October. I moved out to work in a more rural part of the county so I can devote more time to learning this game. I love and hate it at the same time.

    • Day 619 - 2026-06-13 Light day as I had a player win his second consecutive EDGA Match Play. Got some work in before some lessons, then headed up to watch him get his hardware. https://www.instagram.com/iacas/p/DZi5LyUiSwA/
    • Day 13 (13 Jun 26) - Continued work with 7i, hard foam balls and getting consistent impact - spent half the drill using the ball box as a gate to battle coming over the top , other half with no gate - rather practice the setup and execution without assistance.
    • Despite playing poorly today, I did birdie a hole 12.  A great drive (not distance wise, just stayed where I wanted it to) and then a pretty good 4-wood left me 60 yards to a pin tucked way right over a bunker.  Despite being within the range at which I am allowed to go for the pin, I instead aimed away from the bunker and focused on GIR.  A 27' downhill putt that I estimated at three fingers of break awaited me, which I sank.   I have to admit, this is not where I thought I'd make hole-12-birdie this year.
    • Day 40, June 13.  Played 18 today at a new-to-me course.  It did not go well, largely due to how compact the course was and unfamiliarity.
    • Day 78: played 18. Shot 80. Driving was solid, iron play meh, short game decent, putting okay.
