From 2013-2019, a USGA employee in the ticketing department stole 23,000 tickets worth $3.4M and sold them (himself) to a pair of eastern PA ticket re-selling companies.

Federal prosecutors said Robert Fryer, a former assistant director of open admissions for the USGA, made more than $1 million by reselling the purloined tickets.

This happens with concerts all the time. It doesn’t surprise me, but it is infuriating because prices just go up.

      First swings at after a 2.5 month forced hiatus. No surgery in the forecast at the moment! Doc said okay to start easing in gently over a few weeks. The effort is barely 30% here but felt solid.  I think my swing changed a few years ago after my right ankle injury (weight shift profile). I wonder if this may bring about another change. I certainly won't pivot on to the knee (left) aggressively any time soon, if ever. Could even be a good thing..heh.

      Slomo video of me working on the arms raising thing in the backswing. I think this is better, albeit I’m going fairly slowly and then stopping. Too darn cold to go outside and I don’t have room to safely make a full motion indoors, so this will have to do till I can make it to the range.

      Very concise and to the point.  I can attest; it makes the golf swing easier if you keep that right arm under control.
