It's just the old Vaseline or Chap Stick trick. In film form.

Showed up in my Amazon recommended for you product list.

I wonder who's been telling them I need this? Hmm... probably @StuM...

We have someone who occasionally plays on Sundays who does the Vaseline trick.   Openly.   Didn't think there was anything wrong with it.   Now some of the guys call him "The Greaser" behind his back.

Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't.  Nice thing is that it is "Prime" with free returns.  If it does not work just return it to Amazon for a full refund., Then you could write a review on TST.

It does have one unknown person giving it a 5 Stars Rating (likely the seller).  The other 3 ratings are 1 and 2 stars.

Seriously?

How the hell does it 'accelerate face flex'? And I love the driver damage prevention as a bonus....😂

Caught my dad sneaking a lick to the face of his driver BITD, trying to tame his irreverent slice. It was funny. He was no threat to my game. His playing buddies busted him on it though.

Well I'm still a bit out-of-time with folks who never left the sport. It's the framework for most of my golf experience.

Commissions would be great, to whom do I report gor such? 😁

"gor" is "for" above, but I was on the device out buying plumbing parts. Can't fix it now, perhaps a mod could do that for me.  Thanks.

    • the rules have changed, but this would fall under 11.2 in the current rules.  General Penalty to any player who deliberately deflects a ball in motion, and you must replay the putt.
    • Day 250 4-29 Getting chest through with speed on downswing and wrist arch. Also worked on some moving the pelvis slightly away in the backswing. Feel like im going too fast and long, looks like it on the recordings too.
    • Interesting that it's no penalty, but then again, I can't imagine someone would purposefully put their foot out there in this situation or one like it.  And then there was the time someone purposefully deflected his own ball during a major, but that's very different too. The only time I can recall a ball I hit hitting another player or their equipment was ages ago -- over a decade and a half ago.  I had a 3' putt for an 89 and someone (a random pairing, not someone I knew) decided it was a good time for goaltending practice.  That wouldn't fall under this rule, though (and it wasn't in a tournament anyway). Thanks for continuing to share these, Dave!  I always find these interesting.
    • Day 51 (29 Apr 26) - Worked with a few of the golf team kids plus my grandson (he’s too young for the team as it’s middle-high school age and he’ll be 10 Sat).  He put on a small hitting clinic (hitting off the same tees as the rest of the boys) - one of the older kids called him a “coach”.  Worked in a few shots for myself - had the light bag: driver, 7w, 4 - 6 - 8 - Pw - Sw (DCI 962’s except the Sw a 981) and Zebra putter….got in some great tee shots, a couple of recovery and an awesome up and down for bogie: 55 yds out, hitting 4th shot due to 2nd getting tangled in limbs - see the window I need to hit for a tight spinner with the Sw - nail it to a postage letter distance from the cup for a tap in bogie….my kind of practice.
    • Day 21, April 29.  Before going to work this morning, I worked in my indoor practice room for 20 minutes.   This was entirely 6-iron shots with the usual step.  Video yesterday showed me that I'm still straightening my trail leg too much (leading to the backswing length issue I've been working to fix), so I focused on not doing that in my rehearsal swings.
