A real candid interview. I really enjoyed it as pro athletes seem to be so guarded these days, and AK seems to just be himself. Very refreshing. This has now put him on the list of guys I cheer for.

wow, that was awesome. he's also very well spoken for such a young kid. being a korean american myself, I can totally relate to him. if i only had a 1/10th of the game he did tho. :(

I've really enjoyed watching him play and develop further as a pro this year.

His performance at the Ryder Cup was simply legendary. I'm grateful that I had the day off work and could "take" control over the tv on Sunday and watch him roll over Sergio.

Looks like he's got his head screwed on right and his priorities in better order. It shows in his game.

Great interview. I love the way AK talks about the waiting at courses around here, especially since I know I'm playing the ones he used to play.

AK is one of my favorites on the tour, and yes watching him play in the Ryder Cup was alot of fun. He showed his enthusiasm for the game without going over the top like some others.

Yup.....no PONY rides from Kim.....just bombed drives and clutch putts.

His reaction on the hole where he closed Serg out was priceless....walking off the green to the next tee....and was stopped and told he'd won.....simply awesome moment.

I knew he was going on Rome's show but I missed it. I'll have to go back and check it out. AK was a blast to watch on the golf course and off the course via interviews this year. He really seems to have matured and as others have said, it certainly shows in his game. Nothing but respect for him and I look forward to watching him for many years

Haha, I can't stand listening to Rome on the radio, he is such a douche bag.

Does anybody else remember when Jim Everret(sp) had Rome on the floor? Rome looked like he was going to pee his pants.

Jim however took exception to it and warned Rome to stop or else. The next time Rome said it Everret stood up and made a move for him, Rome went to the floor and begged Everret not to hit him.

Rome got owned on his own tv show.

I still like Jim ROme but I think it has to do with more with remembering my father since he ALWAYS listened to him on AM 690 when I was a kid. Now I listen to Tom Leykis who is arguably much more shocking.

Perhaps but it also got him a lot of notoriety, ultimately his own show, and probably lots of cash. How many people started to pay attention to Jim Rome after that Chris, I mean Jim Everett episode? How many people knew who he was before it?

      Day 1 - First chipping and pitching. Focus on a better grip, the fundamentals and taking the club back on plane, not outside. Feels good. Then some full swings. Focus on improving the setup. Weight more forward, more bent over, and same grip stuff.

      Congrats on the improvement. Cheers for lots of continued improvement in the future. IMO you've gotta get away from these spots… Those are partly "results" as the work will begin on things earlier in the swing. Good luck.
